What has been going on at Kuhn Group in the UK over the past two years?

“We have expanded our sales and marketing organisation over the past few years; our territory sales managers are now supported by additional sales specialists in the field and our marketing team has been reinforced with product specialists. Each of them has a clear focus on a specific range of products coupled with deep knowledge of the surrounding subject matter. They are not only good communicators, but also speak the customer’s language and have practical experience so they are able to work in the field with our machines.”
 

What are the benefits of this strategy?

“It has enabled us to heighten our level of expertise and to strengthen our reputation across our broad product portfolio. Having developed our sales and marketing team, we now have more employees available to support our UK dealer network, and communication flows to the dealers and their customers have improved. Our goal is to increase sales in the UK and to provide our customers – the dealers, contractors and farmers – with a more comprehensive and efficient service.”
 

Has your strategy proven to be successful?

“The integration of our new team members has been a success. We have been able to meet our financial growth targets and increase our share in the markets where Kuhn Group had been traditionally less known. In addition, we have raised our profile among the dealers by providing them with a more efficient and in-depth service.”
