With a six-tonne payload, a 3’260 mm wheelbase and an on-board battery management system, the V65e provides ease of use, manoeuvrability and a full eight hours sweeping on a single charge at low operational cost. It has already proven the quality of its cleaning on roads in UK municipal areas.
The fully electric truck-mounted V65e sweeper has completed successful trials in the UK. Zero emissions and low noise make it ideal for municipal sweeping. With the new airflow technology called “smoothflow”, the V65e picks up 50% more debris and rubbish from the roads.
Together with a six-tonne payload and 3’260 mm wheelbase, the V65e is capable of providing outstanding manoeuvrability and completing a full eight hours of sweeping on a single charge.
Mounted on a Bucher Municipal converted 16-tonne chassis, the V65e is powered by a large 200 kWh, 600-volt battery pack mounted behind the chassis cab. The lithium ion phosphate battery is comprised of 48 serviceable modules and on-board battery management system that monitors and maintains the health of all battery cells, balancing them without the need for liquid cooling.
