With a dividend of CHF 6.50 per registered share, Bucher Industries AG distributed a total dividend payout of CHF 66.6 million. As of 16 April 2015 the shares will be traded without the right to dividends. The dividend will be paid from 20 April 2015, net of 35% withholding tax.
In individual votes the shareholders re-elected all the members and the chairman of the board of directors as well as the members of the remuneration committee. They approved the amendments to the articles of association regarding determination of the aggregate amount of fixed remuneration for members of group management for the financial year following the annual general meeting. The shareholders also approved the maximum amounts of variable remuneration for group management for the 2014 financial year, the remuneration for the board of directors in the next term of office and the fixed remuneration for group management for the 2016 financial year.
